Our Free Shipping Policy applies to all orders, shipped via standard shipping for the United States of America (except Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses)
We don't accept the order from Canada and Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses ONLINE. Sorry for any inconvenience.
FAST Shipment Processing:
All U.S. orders will be shipped the same or the next business day if the item(s) is(are) in stock.
Any order placed on nights, weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day.
LTL free shipping does NOT include below additional services:

* Limited access delivery
* Do not break down pallet

30-Day No Hassle Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your massage tables, you can return it within 30 days after original ship date for a refund. This refund excludes shipping charges on the original order and a total of 20% of the purchase price will be applied for orders that qualify for free shipping. Refurbished or used products are not refundable.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges.
All returns must provide proof of original purchase to obtain a RA-number (Return Authorization). RA-number must be referenced on the shipping label when returning.
Products must be returned in original packaging, in like-new condition. Customers are responsible for the correct re-packing of products when returned to ensure damage does not occur during shipment.
For returns, international customers are responsible for all shipping charges as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
Change, Cancellation,& Rush Policy
You may change or cancel your order at any time before the order ships out for free.We do not accept any changes or cancellations on custom orders.For urgent orders, please contact us directly – we will prioritize and expedite processing.
